I have not ridden much and feel my bike needs someone who rides more. It is a 2003 Yamaha V Star 1100 with about 3200 actual miles. I am the second owner, the first had carpal tunnel syndrome and therefore barely rode. I just bought the bike 4 months ago and haven't had much time to ride. FIM Updates Superbike Racing Homologation Lists for 2013
Tue, 19 Feb 2013The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) has released an updated list of motorcycles homologated for the 2013 Superbike, Supersport, and Superstock racing season. Notable additions include the new BMW S1000RR HP4, the MV Agusta F3 and the Superbike-spec Ducati 1199 Panigale R. To qualify a production-based racebike for FIM homologations, manufacturers have to meet certain production thresholds.
2012 Yamaha XT250 and TW200 Dual Sports Announced
Wed, 08 Jun 2011Yamaha unveiled a pair of 2012 dual sport models, the Yamaha XT250 and the Yamaha TW200. Both the 2012 Yamaha XT250 and TW200 remain unchanged from the 2011 versions except for a new white and blue color scheme and white front fenders instead of last year’s black fenders. The XT250 is powered by an air-cooled 249cc four-stroke engine with a 33mm carburetor.
