1981 Yamaha XS1100 Special. Runs great and ready to go. 

Selling my Yamaha XS 650 - 1980I purchased this motorcycle approx 2 years ago.Now has only 3,800 milesPrevious owner started to style after a Cafe Racer look.I have owned plenty of bikes, but this Yamaha is the mostfun to ride / VERY Reliable - Starts every time - No Issues.After having Knee surgery, it  just doesn't make sense o keep this great motorcycle. PS: The bike has some ( dents / dings / scratches ) - Original paint on tank, but fender paintis not original.I do have the Yamaha ( emblems and original seat )The pics make the bike look a bit too clean - could use a professional polish, etc...

 As minty as you will find !!! Only 424 ACTUAL MILES !! I have put 298 on it since last March when I got it.

1979 Yamaha XS 650 Special Cafe Racer (clean title). Updates include, wheels, tires, front fork rebuild, brakes, drag bars, brake master cylinder, new paint, seat, suspension, carb rebuild, K&N air intakes, lights, wiring, cables, battery and much more. It is a fun little bike to blast around town or on the highway.

1980 XS 650. Actual mileage unknown, forks are good, rear swing-arm joint not loose, mufflers are pretty quiet, good compression in both cylinders. Not beat.

1979 Yamaha XS1100. Low mileage with 10593 on the odometer. Garage kept.  No rust issues but needs TLC as it sat many years in the garage.

Great running 750 Special/Triple.  New tires with zero miles. Carbs cleaned and synchronized at same time new tires put on.

1979 Xs650 bobber, TC bros hardtail tail welded in, PMA, 750cc kit (not bored out) rephase engine, needs tires soon, have extra parts (rear fender, new carbs with aftermarket intake mani, sprockets) gets great gas mileage and compliments everywhere kick start only. miliage unk. posted locally also.

Awesome looking 1981 Yamaha XS400, rebuilt and ready to ride. This bike had been sitting in a barn for 20 years with only just over 4000 original miles on. Taken down to the bare frame and all components cleaned, refurbished or replaced.

Sadly selling my 1981 Yamaha XS650 Cafe Racer. I bought this a year ago and haven't had any problems with it. Frankly it's gorgeous in a very vintage way and runs well.

I have for sale my 1981 Yamaha XS650. Its done in a bobber style and in my opinion one of the best looking japanese chops. The build is about 3 years old,has a Voodoo vintage hardtail and the rest of the frame is painted a semigloss black.

IM THE SECOND OWNER OF THIS BIKE, YOU CAN SEE ON THE PICTURE OF THE TITLE THE PREVIOUS TITLE WAS THE ORIGINAL. THE INSIDE OF THE GAS TANK IS ALMOST RUST FREE. I DID A TOP END OVERHAUL, RESTORED THE CYLINDER WALL 45 DEGREE CROSS HATCH.

***1981 Yamaha XS1100 Midnight Special (1 of only 250 ever made!)***                                                                        Fall Special-Low reserve!   For sale is this awesome Yamaha XS 1100 Midnight Special.  If you are unaware of how rare these actually are, you should probably do some research before you bid.  This is one of only 500 ever, and one of only 250 for 1981!   Not only one of the rarest production Yamahas ever, one of the rarest production early Super-bikes as well---EVER!!!  Based on the company's big XS1100 sport-tourer introduced in the late 1970s, the 1981 Yamaha 1100 Midnight Special motorcycle differs from other Super-Bikes of the era in having a traditional Japanese inline four-cylinder engine rather than the trendy V-twin.  It also featured shaft drive, likewise carried over from the XS.  While an extended fork, teardrop tank, and stepped saddle made it clear this was a cruiser, the double-overhead-cam four-cylinder engine gave it powerful performance unmatched by contemporary V-twins.  95 BHP and a blistering 112 MPH quarter mile time!

This is a custom 1978 Yamaha XS650.  The bike started out as a stock bike in great shape and was taken apart, chopped and a TC Brothers hard tail was installed.  The frame, motor, and sheet metal is all done in metallic blue powder coat.  The rims were blasted and powder coated black then new bearings were installed and Firestone Deluxe tires.  The electrical system was updated with a new regulator rectifier which was mounted in a fake oil tank with a sealed battery and all other electrical parts.  All wiring is made of modern cloth coated wire which has silicon heat shielding and was hidden in copper pipe.  The exhaust was custom made with solid brass tips which match the grips and pegs.  All starter parts were removed from the motor in an effort to reduce weight and the bike is kick start only.  The forks and triple trees were shaved and polished as were the brake calipers.  The rear master cylinder is made of glass, brass and billet aluminum and the gas cap is also made of brass.  The seat is custom hand tooled leather.  Lots of custom parts on this bike.  I made the bike in 2012 so it has four year of wear on it, see pictures.  The battery was just replaced in the bike.  Sold as is and buyer is responsible for pickup.  $200 deposit due via PayPal within 48 hours of winning bid and remaining balance due via certified check or money order within 7 days of purchase.

I have a Yamaha XS-650 bike for sale. There is a title for the bike. In the pictures, the one with the blue tank is the one with the title and it was running when I bought it.

Great motorcycle have had for 3 years and bike runs great. It has sat for the last year and needs some carb tuning, but runs. Good looking Grabber Blue with 26000 miles on it.

This is a Yamaha XS 650 special which has been lightly customized with low bars, bar end mirrors, fork boots, Harley style mufflers, and a unique seat cowl.  The bike has a clear PA title signed by the previous owner.  I noticed that while the mileage on the title states 28000 the mileage on the speedometer is 23500.  The bike started easily on fresh gas and idled and accelerated smoothly on a 10 mile test drive.  I did not exceed 65 mph as the tires are dry and have sidewall cracks, but the bike seemed to have plenty more speed on tap.  All gears shifted well and all lights and instruments work. The mufflers are not as loud as they look and bike has a deep mellow tone.  The engine does not make any unusual noises.  The brakes felt a little spongy and probably need some attention.   There is a dent in the tachometer housing (see picture.)  There is a deep scratch on the top of the front fender but is is hard to see (see picture.)   There are small tears at the front lower corners of the seat cover that have been sewn up (see picture.) 

I am selling my beloved Yamaha 1975 XS 650, a true survivor with amazing performance and look. mechanically this bike is in amazing shape,it has even high compression on both cylinders and with newer racing carbs and ignition it hauls fast. New chain, newly changed oil ready to go anywhere.

Selling my 1978 Yamaha XS1100F bike, the bike has been kept in storage under cover most of its life and has been sitting ever since we got it from its original owner.  The bike was involved in a collision which affected the left side of the engine.  Besides breaking the cover over the bikes distributor, it doesn’t appear to have damaged anything else on the bike.  The bike has really low miles with only 5718 on the odometer.
