If you're looking for a fun entry level sportbike then look no further, This 2015 Yamaha YZF-R3 is the bike for you. With only 26 miles (Yes, that is the correct and actual mileage)and under factory warranty you cant go wrong. The bike was dropped at a very low speed and it scratched the fairing and the exhaust and you can see this in the pictures, other than that this bike is BRAND NEW (used) The 321 cc engine has plenty of power to pull through all of the gears strong and run down the highway with ease, this is a very fun bike to ride. The previous owner bought the bike to learn on and after falling decided against bikes. The scratches do not hurt anything and they are not noticeable on the body and the exhaust silencer can either be replaced with a performance exhaust or just repainted as it isnt that scratched. Tue, 20 Mar 2012The 2012 Daytona 200 delivered another fairy-tale finish with underdog privateer Joey Pascarella and the Project 1 Atlanta team fending off a pack of three other racers to win by a slim 0.048 second margin. Competing in just his first Daytona 200, 19-year-old Pascarella from Victorville, Calif., held the lead for 41 out of 57 laps to finish first ahead of a last year’s winner Jason DiSalvo while Cameron Beaubier squeezed by 2010 Daytona Sportbike Champion Martin Cardenas in a photo-finish to take third. For the Project 1 Atlanta team, the win marked a dramatic turnaround from a let down in 2011.
Rossi Signs Extension with Yamaha Through 2016 MotoGP Season
Wed, 02 Jul 2014Yamaha announced the signing of Valentino Rossi to a two-year contract extension that will see the nine-time World Champion with the factory MotoGP team through the 2016 season. “It’s great because this was my target; I wanted to continue, I am feeling good and I’m motivated to keep giving my best,” says Rossi. “I am very happy that I can keep riding my YZR-M1, that has been my love for so many years and will still be my love this year and the following two seasons.
