2013 Yoshimura Limited Edition GSX-Rs

A recent visit to the Yoshimura facility in Chino, CA, provided us an in-person peak at the company’s 2013 limited edition GSX-R. The burgundy red and black with metal flake and gold pin striping color scheme is both striking and sophisticated while subtle details such as the Yoshimura radiator stencil heighten its visual appeal. And these bikes are seriously limited – only 45 examples will be produced.

Introduced last year Yoshimura says the response from Suzuki dealers and consumers alike has been nothing short of phenomenal. The 45 bikes produced this year will be a combination of 600, 750 and 1000cc models and the mix determined by dealer demand. In addition to the paint and stenciling each limited Gixxer receives a Yoshimura R-77 Carbon Fiber EPA Noise-Compliant Slip-On, and the below list of aircraft-grade aluminum CNC machined hard parts including:

Each limited edition GSX-R is built by the same Yoshimura technicians wrenching on the company’s factory superbikes. To order one, however, you’ll need to visit a participating Suzuki dealer.  After purchase new limited edition owners receive an appreciation package from Yoshimura including a carbon fiber pen-holder with their name and a matching limited edition badge.

Limited edition models are eligible for the same financing programs as their stock model counterparts.
