Rokon RT340 Automatic…

Here is a unique motorcycle you don't come across every day this is a Rokon dirt bike! Probably one of the most advanced motorcycles of its time! If you wanna overlook the obvious features of the Salsbury style clutch and automatic transmission, this is the very first motocross bike to ever have mag wheels! This is also the first motocross bike ever have disc brakes! Truly a motorcycle ahead of its time!

I bought this motorcycle in a package deal with another motorcycle and quite honestly I'm not really into dirt bikes! Soooo….. This bike came from an estate sale from some famous motocross guy his name was Bob Berg or Berqsomethingorother, but anyhow he was a famous enduro rider and raced these Rokon motorcycles.

The condition is really good for this survivor. The front Bator forks are straight with no rust, chips, nicks or pits in the legs. The triple clamps are in awesome shape, the front Kimtab snowflake magnesium wheels are straight with no dents, cracks or whoops. The airhart brake calipers work and the cast iron discs are just a little rusty but will clean up fine. The S&W rear shocks are in great shape no rust on the shafts. The rear Kimtab snowflake is straight no dents, bends, cracks, or whoops. The rear airhart brakes are in great shape, the disk again is like the front, a little rusty but will clean up just fine. The cool part is the start rope and mechanism all works great! The motor turns over fine with good compression I think this bugger would run with very little work! The gas tank is clean and being fiberglass obviously no rust to deal with. The fenders are thrashed and its missing the rear seat, I recently saw one here on eBay for sale, they pop up from time to time. Another cool thing, it still has the role chart and watch magnifier! These are kind of rare pieces and still has the map pouch on top of the gas tank! This quite honestly is a pretty neat motorcycle in really good shape wouldn't be too tough to get it running and then restore it. This certainly isnt your run-of-the-mill of the Yamaha, Honda, or Kawasaki!! I heard they were pretty fast back in the day…

Ok so here are the terms of the auction Sold with a bill of sale, I do not have a title, never got a title when I bought the motorcycle years ago. So pretty positive it is off the DMV computer, it would be no problem registering or resurrecting the title of ownership. Remember sold with a “bill of sale” only! Also the bike is for sale locally and available to the first person who walks by with cash. Terms of sale: $500 cash or $500 payment via PayPal due within three business days of auction close! That should be sufficient enough time for you to get your affairs together and forward the deposit that way I know you’re serious about owning the bike. The payment balance “must” be made within 10 days of “auction close” I prefer bank wire or cash for the payment of the balance. I absolutely do not want a full paypal payment because they take so darn much in fees… You can do a bank wire or send a cashier’s check or send your grandma over with cash but you gotta get the deal done and paid for within 10 days. OK? Any problems with this just don’t bid ok?

The bike is here at my shop if you wanna come over and look at it. And it can set here for a couple of months till you can arrange shipping, but let’s not push the free storage thing for much longer than that, after all you wanna ride your bike right?

Look the pix over real good and ask any questions…

Thanks Kent

Well hello Guys and Gals.....

I have had quite a few questions and comments on this little girl.... and thank you for all of the favorable comments.... We have a few days left on the auction and i have rethought it over alittle..... the result is i have lowered my "buy it now" price considerably and have lowered my reserve.... we are almost at my revised reserve.... So if you really like my little baby and think she should be in your collection just place a bid or heck dont let it possibly go to someone else, just pull the trigger on the "buy it Now"...

Yours in sport Kent Riches
