 I bought this scooter and had it shipped down from connecticut. It has a pinging in the engine and it had very little power. I bought a used engine off ebay w 2200 miles and had it installed and it still has the same problem. I do not know what the mileage is on the actual scooter. The scooter's glove box doesnt have a lock so it doesnt shut properly. The front by the turn signal plastic is broken. Dnt know miles bc digital part of odometer dsnt work. Does not have a battery but will start with jumpercables. The scooter has a salvage title from a major insurance co from 2010 and it is a 2008. You can check the VIN but i think it was salvaged in 08.  It has good tires and does not appear to have been ridden that much. The frame seems straight. I bought in 2010. The title passed through a scooter wholesaler. The title is from TX.  I never put it in my name because I did not want to pay the fees associated with it and was going to try to get it running first. I will give you the bill of sale and the title but you will have to either pay the fees for me to pass it thru or just do an affidavit in order to title it.
