Bike was dropped a couple times and has some cosmetic damage, including a tear in the seat and backrest. It has leg up system (can see on line) to help hold it up when you stop. Heated handle bars, heated seats, CD player, cassette player, Radio, Duel controls front and back. Also has Cruise control and telescoping windshield.

The third instalment of the Indian action blockbuster Dhoom became the highest grossing Indian film of all time. More interesting than that are the laughable bike scenes, with Dhoom 3 featuring one chase scene between a K1300R and a S1000RR. In the first Dhoom film a Hayubasu magically transformed into 125cc bike for a train jump.

Now that I have your attention I’ll clarify the above by saying that you can have, at some point, the new S1000RR literbike for a stated maximum of no more than $1,000 over the retail of what most of the Big Four will price their liter machines. This was undoubtedly the biggest news from BMW during the U.S.

BMW “Persistent Erection” Lawsuit Dismissed

The Superior Court of San Francisco has dismissed lawsuits against BMW and Corbin-Pacific Inc. brought on by a man who claimed a motorcycle ride gave him an erection that lasted for several months. The story made headlines and drew much ridicule after the man said vibrations from his 1993 BMW K1100RS and Corbin aftermarket seat resulted in a case of priapism, a condition in which a penis remains erect for a prolonged period of time.
