1991 Harley-Davidson Fxr , 1991 Harley Davidson FXRS Low Rider Convertible. 80 CI motor. Black on Black on Chrome. Bike is in great condition. The bike was well maintained and completely stock before I had it painted and customized throughout the last 2 years. New mirrors, grips, fairing, bars, risers, tank, seat, sissy bar, ignition, pipes, dropped rear suspension and bmx pegs. Special stock items with this FXR is a black motor and an adjustable air front suspension. Runs strong, fast and loud. I just had a full service and replaced the tires (metzelers) less than 200 miles ago. Fresh tags as of August. US Motorcycle Thefts Down 6% in 2011
Tue, 09 Oct 2012Americans reported 46,667 motorcycle thefts in 2011, a 6% decrease from 49,791 stolen motorcycles in 2010, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau. Despite the drop in reported thefts, the non-profit organization representing nearly 1100 property and casualty insurance companies says the theft rate still averages out to one motorcycle stolen every 11 minutes in the U.S. The numbers were published in the NICB’s 2011 ForeCAST Report which examined theft reports as well as recoveries.

Tue, 17 Dec 2013It’s probably not conducive for sleeping in heavenly peace, but Harley-Davidson has released a Christmas-themed ad with the song “Silent Night” performed by the revving V-Twin engine of a Softail Breakout. Titled “The Sound of the Festive Season”, the ad spot was produced by U.K agency Big Communications for Harley-Davidson Europe Middle East and Africa. According to AdWeek, the ad was conceived, sold and produced in just 72 hours.
EBR Announces More Than 60 Founding Dealers

The recruitment process began shortly after the American International Motorcycle Expo in Orlando, Florida, where the company took the wraps off the 1190RX production superbike. More than 60 dealers will be the first to carry the 1190RX.
