Just in... this local trade. 2008 Honda VTX 1800F spec 2. The bike is superb in condition to say the least. The paint is a factory custom design and very nice with no known damage. The bike was adult owned and looks to have never had any damage or been down. This VTX has Cobra pipes, custom forced air intake and custom grips. The bike runs and rides as it should and man has it got the power! The rear tire is in nice condition and the front looks to be the original. With 7600 miles it could use replacement this winter. Mon, 14 May 2012BMW earned its first-ever World Superbike race win at the U.K.’s Donington Park, but missed out on sweeping the round after teammates Leon Haslam and Marco Melandri crashed on the final corner while battling for the lead in the second race. Melandri earned BMW its landmark first win in Race One leading Haslam in a one-two finish. They could have repeated that finish in Race Two but Haslam low-sided after making contact with Honda‘s Jonathon Rea trying to pass on the inside.
Honda EV-neo Electric Scooter to Begin European Trial
Wed, 15 Jun 2011Honda announced it will begin a trial program for its EV-neo electric scooter in Barcelona, Spain. Already available in Japan under a lease sale program, the Honda EV-neo is designed to be a commercial delivery vehicle, with performance said to be on par with an under 50cc scooter. The electric scooter will make its European debut as Honda is providing Barcelona City Council with 18 EV-neo scooters at the beginning of July for a one-year trial.
Honda Reports Q1 2013-2014 Results
Wed, 31 Jul 2013Honda reported sales of 4.05 million motorcycles over its first quarter ended June 30, 2013, a 3.7% increase from the 3.91 million motorcycles sold in the same period last year. The increase in motorcycle sales resulted in 396.8 billion yen (US$4.04 billion) in sales revenue, a 14.4% increase on 346.6 billion yen in revenue reported in the same quarter the previous fiscal year. Overall, Honda‘s reported a combined revenue of 2.83 trillion yen from all its operations, a 398.1 billion yen improvement from last year.
