Kawasaki GpZ550 tech info
Kawasaki GpZ550 description
This GPz550 is pretty much complete. It will need some work to bring it out of moth balls or use as a parts bike or Vintage racing. The engine spins. It is in very good physical condition but will need the typical cleaning of the fuel system and flushing the fluids out. I have never had it running so I know little more than I have told you here.. Carbs? I have no idea as I have not opened them up. This bike is just too nice to part. If this bike does not sell then I will be parting it out. Just thought it was too nice for that so I am giving anyone with the talent to repair a chance to own it. PAPERWORK: ....NO PAPERWORK.. NO PAPERWORK... BILL OF SALE ONLY.... Take a look at the pictures that were just taken, If you need some other shots just let me know. I will include some more pictures soon. I reserve the right to cancel the auction as the bike is for sale locally….. Need more pictures, just let me know. Final Payment by Cash in person or money orders. NO Cashiers checks. NOTE: IF YOU HAVE LESS THAN 10 POSITIVE EBAY FEEDBACKS, YOU MUST CONTACT ME PRIOR TO BIDDING, OR I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR BID. THIS IS DUE TO NUMEROUS PROBLEMS WITH LOW FEEDBACK BIDDERS. Recall for 2009-2010 Kawasaki KLX250
Tue, 05 Jul 2011Kawasaki is recalling some 2009-2010 KLX250 models due to a risk of leaky fuel tanks. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the fuel tank on affected motorcycles may not be in contact with the frame-mounted rubber dampers designed to support the front of the tank, and the tank side mounting tabs may have excessive clearance from from the frame. As a result, spot-welded sections along the side tabs may be under excessive stress, potentially resulting in cracking and a fuel leak.

Fri, 08 Jul 2011To celebrate the release of the D-Air race suit in the UK, Dainese are offering the first 20 customers to order a complete V.I.P treatment at the upcoming World Superbike round at Silverstone. The iconic safety brand will have each of the customer's suits personally tailored, with measurements undertaken by a Dainese D-Air engineer from the factory in Italy. Following this, the first 20 customers to register will receive a hospitality lunch, garage tours of the Aprilia, BMW and Kawasaki teams with the opportunity to meet the Dainese riders and rub well protected shoulders with the big names of the WSB paddock.
Stuck for a gift? Solution No3: Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki or Kawasaki merchandise
Fri, 09 Dec 2011After the excesses of KTM and Harley's gifts ranges, Hondas seems tame. But even the sober Japanese firm has a handful of oddities in its line-up. The Japanese have been accused of imitating in the past, and Honda's incorporation of a baby's dummy in its official accessories catalogue mimics KTM's 'Silencer-System Mini Pro'.
