Suzuki GW250 Inazuma Reportedly Coming to Canada
Tue, 30 Oct 2012The Suzuki Inazuma is coming to Canada, according to multiple reports. The entry-level motorcycle was displayed at a recent dealer meeting in Mont Tremblant, Quebec, though it appears Canadians may have to wait as bit longer for the Inazuma to arrive in showrooms. According to Canadian sites CMGOnline and MotorcycleMojo, Suzuki is in the initial stages of introducing the 248cc streetbike to Canada, so a 2014 launch may be more likely than 2013 availability.

Mon, 14 Nov 2011Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines rider Ed Krawiec is the 2011 NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle world champion. Krawiec clinched the title with a second-round win at the Automobile Club of Southern California NHRA Finals at Auto Club Raceway that eliminated Lucas Oil Buell rider Hector Arana Jr., the only rider in the field with a chance to overtake Krawiec for the championship. Krawiec advanced to the final round and lost to his Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines teammate Andrew Hines, who finished the season third in points. Land Speed Record Holder Bill Warner Dies Chasing 300 MPH Record
Mon, 15 Jul 2013Land speed motorcycle racer Bill Warner succumbed to injuries suffered in a 285 mph crash at Loring Air Force Base in Maine. The 44-year-old from Wimauma, Fla., reportedly lost control of his modified turbocharged Suzuki Hayabusa while attempting to reach a speed of 300 mph. Warner reportedly began veering to his right during one high-speed run on the base’s runway after clocking 285 mph.
