Up for Sale is a 1980 Yamaha XS650 Special 2 motorcycle. Clear title. 12,287 Miles. Frame # 3G0-005000. Motor # 3G0-005000. It Does not run, turns over with great compression. Was parked in 1991. Looks to be Complete. Front brake will need to be bleed. Rear works as it should. Gas tank has no dents. Inside is clean. Overall the chrome shows pitting. Seat is torn up, pan is solid. Fenders show no dents. Good project motorcycle .You receive what is pictured. Please see my other vintage motorcycles and parts. More than 2,000 attendees visited America’s Car Museum for its 3rd annual Vintage Motorcycle Festival ‘The MEET’ last weekend in Tacoma, Washington, where over 300 motorcycles and scooters were showcased on the Haub Family Field at LeMay. The event drew pre-1981 motorcycles and scooters from the U.S. and Canada, including an antique motorcycle display, swap meet, cruise-in and a 78-mile roundtrip tour from ACM’s Anderson Plaza to Mt. Rainier.

A few years ago, he showed the world a V16 motor he built using four Yamaha 1,000cc motorcycle engines mounted on a custom fabricated aluminum block.

If there’s one constant when it comes to World Supersport racing, it’s that Kenan Sofuoglu will be at or near the front at all times. The former champ has a special ability when it comes to lapping middleweight sportbikes as quickly as possible, and it showed again at the conclusion of World Supersport testing at Phillip Island. Sofuoglu’s best time of 1:33.506 was set during the first day of testing, but still nobody was able to beat it.
