Yamaha YZF-R description

I have owned this bike for almost 5 years and it has been great but I am ready to upgrade.

Bike is solid and runs good

Upgraded parts:
Dyno Jet Kit
Yoshimura Exhaust
Rear Lowering Links ( only set at 3/4" drop, It can go to 1-1/4" )
RK 520 Gold Chain Kit
Vortex front 14 tooth gear
Rear Tail Kit
Smoke Tinted front windscreen
Front Carbon fiber look Flush Mount turns
Performance Machine/ Edge Split 5 Polished Rims
Rebel Gears alum ( 48 tooth) Rear Sprocket

Bike has a polished frame and forks, and rear swing arm, Front fork seals were serviced 2 years ago. Has a brand new Bridgestone Battlax rear tire w/ about 300 miles on it, Battlax front has been on about 4 seasons on it and has plenty of tread, Bike was a slight down when i got it years ago. I replaced the lower aluminum cover and top front fairing, But the lower front and front right cowl has a little rash, never bothered me that much so i never got to replacing it. does not affect the bike in anyway. Replaced the battery with a factory yamaha 2 seasons ago and it has been taken out and trickle charged every winter. This is great Bike and is actually hard for me to let go but i want to upgrade and need to let this go to do so. Bike is fast, no test rides without cash in hand. I can show all the bike has to offer for anyone that wants to see it

Best Helmet Designs from the 2009 MotoGP Season

Thu, 22 Oct 2009

Unlike with most athletes, motorcycle racers’ faces remain hidden during competition. Except for promotional events or pre- and post-race interviews, the faces of our racing heroes are shielded under protective helmets with tinted visors. You don’t see the same human emotion in their faces like you can when soccer players score a goal or baseball players hit a home run.

WSBK 2013: Moscow Race Report

Mon, 22 Jul 2013

Marco Melandri captured his third win of the season, the Ducati 1199 Panigale scored its first podium while Sylvain Guintoli regained the championship lead despite dislocating his collarbone days before the race. But the big news at Moscow Raceway of course was the tragic death of Andrea Antonelli in the World Supersport race. The opening-lap crash in severely wet conditions naturally led to the cancellation of the rest of the events as the World Superbike community mourns the loss of the 25-year-old Antonelli.
